The Schneider Electric LMC600CBD10000 is a PacDrive 3 LMC600 high-performance logic motion controller supplied with one OM-NE real-time Ethernet communication module. It combines PLC logic, synchronized control of up to 99 Sercos servo or robot axes, integrated I/O and multiple industrial communication interfaces.

The LMC600CBD10000 is intended for PacDrive 3 machines requiring high-axis-count motion control and additional Ethernet-based real-time communication. Applications include high-speed packaging lines, robotic production cells, printing and converting machinery, synchronized handling equipment and machines exchanging cyclic process data with Ethernet field devices.
The OM-NE option can be configured for supported Ethernet-based fieldbus protocols through the controller project. Protocol compatibility, IP configuration, topology, cycle time, connected devices and option-module hardware code must be verified before installation.
Before replacement, confirm the complete LMC600CBD10000 reference, OM-NE module hardware code, installed option slot and active Ethernet protocol. Record the IP addresses, topology and field-device configuration before disconnecting the controller.
Back up the CompactFlash card and project. Confirm firmware, hardware revision, controller memory, Sercos axis configuration, CANopen and Profibus networks, I/O assignments, master encoder and complete cable set.
The basic LMC600CAA10000 does not include the same OM-NE package and is not automatically equivalent. Migration to a newer controller requires verification of the real-time Ethernet protocol, application project and complete machine architecture.
LMC600CBG10000 contains two OM-NE modules. LMC600CBI10000 combines OM-C CAN with OM-NE, while LMC600CBL10000 combines OM-P Profibus DP with OM-NE.
